Yes. However, our hotel will only recognize a credit card on which the authorized payees name is clearly present and visible, copy of the payees identification and a credit card authorization form is completed and faxed back to our property. You can contact us for the Credit Card Authorization Form and for further instructions if your reservation will have a third party payee.

Early Check-In Policy

 

We're happy to welcome guests as early as possible whenever room availability allows. Early check-in between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM is available for $40, while check-in between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM is available for $25. Guests arriving after 3:00 PM can check in at the regular time at no additional charge. Since early check-in is subject to room availability on the day of arrival, we recommend contacting us in advance by phone or email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your travel plans.

 

Late Check-Out Policy

 

We understand that travel schedules don't always go as planned, so we're happy to offer late check-out whenever availability permits. Guests checking out between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM can extend their stay for $25, while check-out between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM is available for $40. For departures after 2:00 PM, a full night's room charge may apply. Late check-out requests are subject to room availability on the day of departure, so we encourage guests to contact the front desk in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate their request.

Guests can check in and check out at our front desk during staffed hours. At certain times, we also offer support through a live kiosk agent — a real person available on-screen to assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. No matter the time of your arrival, you'll always have access to staff support on-site to ensure a smooth experience.

Cancellation Policy

 

Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, reservations may be canceled without penalty until 4:00 PM local hotel time on the day prior to arrival.

 

Certain rate plans, special events, holidays, and high-demand dates may be subject to different cancellation terms. When applicable, the specific cancellation policy for your reservation will be displayed during the booking process and included in your reservation confirmation. This cancellation policy stated on your confirmation, as displayed during your booking process, is the policy which is in effect.

 

To cancel a reservation, guests must receive and retain a cancellation confirmation number. A reservation will not be considered canceled unless a cancellation confirmation number has been issued.

 

If a reservation is not canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the guest will be charged the stated cancellation or no-show fee associated with the reservation.

Yes, the hotel will pre-authorize the first night's room and tax on the day of arrival. If the credit card returns declined, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Pre-authorizations are voided at check-out. Depending on your banking institution, pre-authorizations may take anywhere between 7-21 business days to be removed from pending transactions. The hotel is not responsible for overdrawn accounts due to pre-authorizations.
