Very good value for the Palo Alto area
We had medical appointments at Stanford. This hotel was very convenient. We found the room to be large, well maintained, quiet and the heating worked well. All in all it was a good experience. There are many places near by to eat or shop, if you need something. I would recommend this hotel. For the price it was very good

The continental breakfast offered was worst I ever have seen. Also toilet malfunctioned and no service was offered. Just told to come get a plunger and hope that it gets resolved. Toilet also leaks onto floor !

Good clean hotel in old town
This is a small hotel well located in Old Town close to the river. Street was quiet and can walk around the corner to get into Old Town. Train and Bus Terminal is a 15-20 minute walk. I really want to thank Eider, the very friendly and knowledgeable lady at the front desk - she shared a lot of information and was so helpful - it made such a difference for my stay in San Sebastián

Needs some TLC
A good value if you remember the old adage, "You get what you pay for." We stayed at the Parmani a little over a year ago, had a better room and a better experience. This time around, the place looks and feels worse for the wear. Our room had a good, comfortable king bed but large cracks in one of the walls, chipped paint in other places. The tile-covered front step was dirty, making the arrival to the room less than appealing. The location is great, and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice, but this property needs maintenance, paint and a general freshening up. Also, the promised breakfast was sad -- no fruit, no coffee, just some dry cereal
